Questions about Silvaco events
Where will Silvaco be exhibiting?
Four Silvaco events are on the calendar through December 2026. SISPAD 2026 runs September 28 to 30, and TGS USA 2026, Tower Semiconductor's Technical Global Symposium, falls on November 17. ICCAD follows on November 19 and 20, then IEDM 2026 from December 14 to 16, where Silvaco is at Booth 16.
What is SURGE?
SURGE, the Silvaco Users Global Event, is the user conference Silvaco runs itself. Customers present their own TCAD, EDA and IP work, and Silvaco engineers walk through what’s new in the tools. The 2025 editions ran online for North America, China and EMEA, and their sessions are still there to watch.
How do I register for an event?
Register with the event's organizer: each listing on Silvaco's events calendar links to the organizer's own site, where registration opens. Want time with a Silvaco engineer while you're there? Book it before the event and tell us the problem you want to work through. SURGE registration runs through the SURGE pages.
Does Silvaco run its own conferences?
Yes, one. SURGE is Silvaco's own user conference, held in regional editions. The conferences and symposia on its events calendar belong to other organizers, such as IEEE, TSMC and Tower Semiconductor. Silvaco's webinars run on their own schedule, with registration and recordings in Resources.
Are past event materials available?
For SURGE, yes. Each edition's page keeps its session recordings, keynotes and customer talks included. Third-party conferences publish proceedings through their organizers. For the technical work behind a talk, go to Silvaco's Resources: papers, application examples and on-demand webinars, all open to read without a form.
Where can I meet the Silvaco team?
At the conferences on Silvaco's events calendar, such as IEDM 2026 at Booth 16, and at SURGE. Between events, contact your regional office. Silvaco has offices across the Americas, Asia and Europe. They include Santa Clara, Yokohama, Seoul, Hsinchu, Shanghai and Singapore, plus Cambridge in the UK and Montbonnot in France.
