Presenter

Katsuya Shirai is a Senior TCAD application engineer in Yokohama, Japan. Before he joined Silvaco Japan in 2012, He had been engaged in research and development of display related technologies at Sony, University of the Ryukyus and Ecole Polytechnique. He aqcuired his PhD in his study of the theoretical analysis of the fluctuations in the electrical characteristics in TFTs.
