Every software package contains a full set of examples suitable for that version and are installed with the software. If you see examples here that are not in your installation you should consider updating to a later version of the software. These examples can be used by beginners and advanced users for product evaluation, teaching purposes, and self-training.

Victory Process
- 2D Diffusion & Implantation
There are a number of different activation models available to the user.
This example shows how to fine-tune a selection of the activation models in Victory Process.
There are four different simulations.
the first simulation demonstrates the results from the default simulation using the Empirical (Solid Solubility) activation model for SiC.
The second example demonstrates how to adjust the parameters used in the Empirical (Solid Solubility) activation model for SiC. The default model uses an Arrhenius function to calculate the deactivation threshold. In this instance a list of temperature / density values is alternatively given. Note: The associated units must always be specified. In this instance unit= “C : 1/cm3 ”
The third example demonstrates how to enable 100% activation.
the final example shows how to invoke a ratio based activation model. the parameters of which are supplied by the user via an external file.
