Every software package contains a full set of examples suitable for that version and are installed with the software. If you see examples here that are not in your installation you should consider updating to a later version of the software. This example demonstrates the ability of VictoryRCx to deposit and field solve non planarized, multi-layer films for interconnect capacitance analysis using VictoryRCx. The simulation is run in 2D as there is little to be gained by running the demonstration in 3D. The user may force the simulator to do the full 3D simulation by simply commenting out “from to at ” in the init line statement.
