Every software package contains a full set of examples suitable for that version and are installed with the software. If you see examples here that are not in your installation you should consider updating to a later version of the software. These examples can be used by beginners and advanced users for product evaluation, teaching purposes, and self-training.

Victory Extract

In this example, the threshold voltage is going to be extracted. In this instance the threshold voltage is defined as the x-axis intercept at the maximum slope of the Gate Voltage / Drain Current curve.

The example starts by extracting the Gate Voltage / Drain Current curve from the .log file. The x and y axis quantity labels match exactly what is found in the .log file and viewed in Victory Visual.

Once the curve is formed from the starting .log file, the subsequent statement calls in the curve and the intercept (on the x axis) at y=0 from the maximum slope of the curve is extracted.
