This deck illustrates the use of dbinternal to modify the isothermal temperature of the device and monitor the effect on Vth. dbInternal enables the sweeping of one or more variables in a deck. The variable to be swept is defined in the “secondary ” deck along with the structure, mesh, models. The “primary ” deck contains the sweep parameters. The Temperature is swept in 3 steps from 300k to 400k.
