009_parametric_savebias : Save bias with parametric data

Minimum Versions: SMARTSPICE 3.16.12.R
This input deckfor the .savebias statement with parametric data. In this example a nested sweep with data results in several bias data settings stored in a single savebias file for each case encountered.
