Utilizing Silvaco TCAD for 3D Silicon Simulation

Join us for an informative webinar where we explore how Silvaco TCAD can enhance users’ approach to simulating 3D silicon technologies, including memory devices, silicon power devices, RF SOI devices, and advanced CMOS technologies such as FinFETs. This session will guide users through using Silvaco’s Victory Process to simulate key fabrication steps such as etching, deposition, implantation, and diffusion in these process flows showcasing Victory Process’s capabilities in the advanced Silicon market.

Users will also learn how Victory Device allows for accurate electrical characterization of their designs, providing essential insights into performance. To take simulations further, we’ll demonstrate how Victory DOE helps generate efficient design of experiments (DOE), enabling users to systematically explore a range of design variables. Additionally, we’ll show how Victory Analytics can help users analyze and optimize simulation results, refining designs and accelerating time-to-market.

Whether users are focused on NAND, DRAM, LDMOS, RF SOI, or FinFET technologies, this webinar will showcase how Silvaco TCAD’s comprehensive suite of tools can help them achieve optimized, high-performance devices.
