The 36th International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) takes place in the concert hall Die Glocke, Bremen, Germany, 2–6 June 2024. ISPSD is the premier forum for technical discussion in all areas of power semiconductor devices, power integrated circuits, their hybrid technologies, and applications. With an annual attendance of (pre-COVID-19) about 500 engineers, scientists and students on average, ISPSD has become the must-go event in power semiconductors. 15th Topical Workshop on Heterostructure Microelectronics (TWHM 2024). The workshop will be conducted entirely through face-to-face presentations. This biannual workshop has been held in Japan since 1994 and has provided valuable opportunities for discussion and communication between researchers and related members in the society of heterostructure microelectronics. TWHM covers various aspects of electron devices based on semiconductor heterostructures, including material characterization, device physics, process technology, circuit design, and system applications.

With its 56th annual conference being held in 2024, SSDM is one of the most reputable international conferences regarding science and technology in devices and materials. SSDM covers a wide spectrum of topics related to solid state devices and materials, extended to those for the multidisciplinary and emerging research fields.
