We will show how to setup simulation runs based on browsing through and selecting one of the existing examples. Editing techniques ranging from manual editing to using the syntax support dialogs will be pointed out. Visualization of 2D and 3D structures will be shown. The webinar will also demonstrate how to setup Design of Experiments and optimization experiments using the Virtual Wafer Fab (VWF).
