WeEn will use Silvaco\u2019s TCAD tools for products including power diodes, thyristors, high voltage power transistors, and other new innovative technologies. WeEn Semiconductors, a global joint venture of Beijing Jianguang Asset Management and NXP Semiconductors, is focused on improving and developing a complete portfolio of industry-leading bipolar power products. Silvaco\u2019s TCAD products selected include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process Simulator that provides the capability to simulate full process flows, including etching, deposition, implantation, diffusion, and oxidation.<\/li>\n<li>Device Simulator that helps users make reliable predictions of the behavior of devices.
