The regular Monte Carlo approach for statistical analysis has reached its limit and can no longer address the needs for analog designers in terms of performance.<\/p>\n<p>SILVACO\u2019s VarMan includes specific statistical analysis for analog designers. It embeds innovative Monte Carlo boosters that allow fast analysis of analog cells or AMS\/RF IC&#8217;s.
