NEMO5 is a multipurpose nanodevice simulation tool created at Purdue University with 65+ authors and 100+ years of development teamwork over the last decade. Its prime focus is the prediction of electronic and phonon bandstructure and quantum transport properties in semiconductor and metal nanodevices with atomic and subatomic resolution.
