VA is a multipurpose nanodevice simulation tool based on the NEMO5 software created at Purdue University. It has more than 100 years of teamwork development. The focus of VA is the prediction of electronic and phonon bandstructure and quantum transport properties in semiconductor and metal nanodevices with atomic resolution.
