How To Remesh with Victory Mesh for an Optimized TCAD Device Simulation

Victory Mesh is a powerful component of the Victory TCAD solution. Remeshing, with Victory Mesh, is an essential step after TCAD process simulation to adjust the mesh structure to achieve an optimized TCAD device simulation.

In this webinar, the attendees will learn the basics of Victory Mesh, how to remesh a structure generated from Victory Process, and then prepare it for use by Victory Device. This guided tutorial will cover:

  • Victory Mesh overview, and its place in the overall Victory TCAD Flow.
  • The two types of remeshing:
    • Conformal
    • Delaunay
  • How to perform different types of Delaunay refinement on:
    • Interfaces
    • Junctions
    • Impurities
    • Shapes and regions
  • Overview of other features provided with Victory Mesh, such as structure editing and solid modeling for structure creation.
