The operation of these devices depends on the physics of a charge generation layer which serves to connect the two OLEDs in series. Conventional device models are inadequate to capture the carrier transport involved. To remedy this, in this Simulation Standard, a new organic transport model in Victory Device is introduced. The model capabilities are highlighted by applying it to accurately describe transport in the Charge Generation layer.<\/p>\n<p>We begin by reviewing the analytical model of carrier injection into organic semiconductors and advance to the newly developed organic transport model based on the theory of organic hopping transport.
