Also demonstrated in this article is the subsequent extraction of 2D volume data maps with regular spacing using a combination of EXTRACT commands, system commands and loops.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000; font-size: medium; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial;\">EXTRACT is a powerful extraction language built into DeckBuild that allows the measurement of physical and electrical properties in a simulated device. The result of this could be a single value, such as a thickness, or a two-dimensional curve, such as concentration versus depth for process or gate voltage versus drain current for device.
