The model is suitable for both digital and analog applications because of the better modeling of the output conductances and the physics based scaling which is embedded in the model equations. The model offers binning parameters for improving the model fits for certain devices. The\u00a0<b>BSIM3v3.1<\/b>\u00a0model has been implemented in\u00a0<b>UTMOST III<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>SmartSpice<\/b>\u00a0since its first introduction.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"regular\">The\u00a0<b>UTMOST<\/b>\u00a0user group has continuous interest in creating better\u00a0<b>BSIM3v3.1<\/b>\u00a0models for their customers.
