Requires: Mocasim, TonyPlot Minimum Versions: Mocasim 5.16.0.R

This example is very similar to example 1. However in example 1 we did a simulation over a range of electric fields at a fixed temperature and doping. In this example we do a simulation over a range of doping at a fixed electric field and temperature.

Instead of fitting the Negative Differential mobility model, we fit the basic ATLAS analytic low-field mobility model.

As well as fitting the model to the Monte Carlo data, we generate a c-interpreter function that will calculate the model. The parameter munsat tells Mocasim to generate a file with the template of the ATLAS "int munsat(...)" function. The parameter ci_file tells Mocasim where to save the c-interpreter function to.

This c-interpreter function could be read into ATLAS with the command

mobility material=gaas f.munsat=mocasim08_4.lib

To load and run this example, select the Load button in DeckBuild > Examples. This will copy the input file and any support files to your current working directory. Select the Run button in DeckBuild to execute the example.
